Section 1: 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your RedLife product, you may return it within
60 days of the delivery date for a refund, excluding shipping fees.
To qualify for a refund:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Products must be received at our return center by the 60th day from the original delivery date.
- Returns received after this period will be returned to the sender. No exceptions.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Section 2: Return Conditions
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items. International shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories will be rejected and sent back. If the returned product is damaged or unsellable, the return will be denied.
To initiate a return:

- A return authorization is required. Unauthorized returns will not be processed, and RedLife will not be responsible for lost merchandise.
If your order included a promotional bundle or special offer, all items included in that promotion must be returned in full to qualify for a refund. Partial returns of bundled or promotional items will not be accepted and may void refund eligibility.
Section 3: Warranty Terms
RedLife provides a limited warranty of:
- 3 years for RedLife Panels
- 1 year for smaller devices
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser or authorized resellers, and is non-transferable.
Warranty claims must include:
- Photographic and/or video documentation of the issue.
Resolution may include:
- Replacement part(s)
- Product replacement (new or refurbished)
- Troubleshooting via email or phone
Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, accidental damage (e.g., dropping), tampering, unauthorized repairs, or incorrect assembly is not covered.
Section 4: Shipping and Delivery
- Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 5 – 7 business days from the shipping date.
- International Orders: Typically delivered within 4 – 8 weeks from the shipping date, excluding customs delays.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on external factors.
Ensure your contact and shipping details are accurate. If changes are needed, notify support at
[email protected] before your item is shipped.
Returned or undeliverable domestic shipments due to incorrect addresses or refusals will incur a
$35 per-item fee.
Please note: Bonus items such as supplements will not be included with international shipments due to customs restrictions and logistical constraints.
Section 5: Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable
duties and taxes upon delivery. Tax laws vary by country. Please check with your local authorities before ordering.
If you refuse to pay duties or taxes, your order will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued. Bundled products will be refunded based on the
discounted sale price, not the full retail price.
Section 6: General Terms
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout and shown in your confirmation email will be honored for your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing, typographical, or other listing errors.
Customer comments submitted to us must not infringe on third-party rights or contain libelous, obscene, or malicious content. Any content that affects system functionality will not be tolerated.
Section 7: Reporting Damaged Items
Damages during shipping are rare but must be reported within
10 calendar days of delivery. Please include photos when reporting.
Section 8: Force Majeure
RedLife shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics or epidemics
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Government regulations
- Power/internet failures
- Labor strikes
- Supply chain disruptions
