1-3 Year Warranty Coverage

At RedLife, we stand behind the quality and durability of our red light therapy devices. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a warranty of up to 3 years on our products. Here’s what our warranty covers:

1. Red Light Therapy Devices:

  • Defects in Materials and Workmanship: We will repair or replace any parts or the entire unit if it is found to have defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • RedLife will assess each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis. 
  • All warranty claims must include customer-submitted photo and/or video documentation/ verification of the issue, or the claim will not be processed. 
  • Resolution of warranty claims may include, but are not limited to: shipment of a replacement part or parts, phone or email support to troubleshoot the product with a new or refurbished unit. 
  • The warranty is valid for 1 year for small devices and 3 years for the Panel from the date of purchase. 
  • Any and all customer damage to the device is not covered under warranty. This includes breakage/damage from dropping, misuse, tampering with/opening the device without prior authorization or damage during assembly of stands including mis-insertion of screws/bolts.
  • The Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser if the item was purchased directly from www.redlifedevices.com or an authorized reseller and is non-transferable.
  • To initiate an elective return, a customer must contact RedLife Customer Support in writing via email for a return authorization and further instructions. If a Product is sent without prior notice or authorization, RedLife will not be responsible for lost merchandise.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  • Damage from Misuse or Negligence: Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or neglect is not covered.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
